The Dental Office program provides students with the technical skills and knowledge required for entry-level employment in the dental office. Students will learn how to complete the following tasks: scheduling appointments, answering phones, collections, marketing, preparing insurance claims, managing patient accounts, handling insurance claims, payments, patient charts, and office management. Upon successful completion of the program, students will be awarded a State Radiology Certificate, CPR and HIPAA Certificate.
