The Employer and Continuing Education (ECE) Department at Davis Applied Technology College offers superior training for both individuals and employers to assist them in achieving their educational goals. ECE works to accommodate any need by offering day, evening, and weekend courses, customized training, and a wide variety of short courses and seminars. Employer and Continuing Education focuses on:

• Coordinating company training needs with existing college programs
• Providing classroom and lab facilities for training
• Meeting the critical training needs of businesses, industry partners, and governmental agencies
• Utilizing state-appropriated funding resources to reduce training costs with Custom Fit
• Providing a job board for employers to recruit current and future students
• Takes a part in offering specific aircraft and logistics technical training courses
