KAYSVILLE, UT –On Saturday, May 22, 2010, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Davis Applied Technology College (550 East 300 South, Kaysville) will host the 3rd annual Women’s Resource Expo. The Expo will feature Amanda Dickson from KSL5, workshops, community resources, free facials, massages, and prizes. This FREE event is co-sponsored by Department of Workforce Services, PIRC, Head Start, Davis Behavioral Health, Davis Helps and LDS Employment Resource Services.

At noon, Amanda Dickson from KSL 5 will inspire women to strive for success in all facets of their lives. At both 11 a.m. and 1 p.m., fun workshops will include working from home, square foot gardening, cooking, and parenting.

Over 65 booths will be onsite, including community resources, higher education, healthcare facilities, and other valuable agencies. Several activities, including facials, massages, and prizes, will also be available throughout the day at no charge. At 1:45, a Deseret Industries fashion show will take place demonstrating stylish clothing items for a reduced price.
