Computer Aided Drafting and Design

The Computer Aided Drafting and Design program prepares students with skills and knowledge required to communicate the ideas of engineers, architects, and designers using lines, symbols, and appropriate terminology. Students receive instruction and hands-on experience using computer aided drafting, 3-D modeling, and animation technology. Students are prepared to work in mechanical design, architectural design, structural steel detailing, and piping fabrication and design.
