Dental Office Administration
Dental office administrators are responsible for the business area of the dental office. This program prepares students to handle duties such as scheduling appointments, answering phones, handling collections, marketing the practice, preparing insurance claims, working with patient accounts, researching and following up on insurance claims, answering questions about payments, resubmitting insurance claims for payment, preparing accounts for statements, handling patient charts, controlling inventory, managing the office, and administering finances.
